About Everluma Mobility
Everluma Mobility is a family-run, non-emergency medical transportation service based in the Twin Cities. We provide safe, on-time rides for seniors and adults with mobility challenges who need help getting to important appointments.
We offer door-to-door trips to doctor visits, dialysis, physical therapy, hospital follow-ups, and other medical appointments. We can also assist riders who use a manual wheelchair and are able to transfer into a regular seat—your wheelchair will be safely stored in the trunk during the trip. At this time we are not equipped to transport riders seated in their wheelchair inside the vehicle.
Hands-On Assisted Medical Transport
Available for DHS-funded and private-pay riders
Some riders need more than just a curbside pickup. At Everluma Mobility, our hands-on assisted medical transport service is designed for riders who need extra support getting to and from their medical appointments.
Our drivers can steady your arm, carry small personal items, help you from your door into the vehicle, and make sure you are safely seated and buckled before we drive. We assist riders who use walkers, canes, or foldable wheelchairs and safely store mobility devices in the trunk.
We proudly serve DHS-funded riders and private-pay clients for clinic visits, dialysis, therapy, follow-up appointments, and other non-emergency medical trips.
What Is Non-Emergency Medical Transportation—and Who Is It For?
Not every medical trip needs an ambulance, but not everyone can drive themselves. That’s where non-emergency medical transportation comes in.
Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provides safe rides to medical appointments that are not 911 emergencies. It’s for people who can’t easily drive themselves—such as seniors, adults with disabilities, or anyone who feels weak or unsteady before or after treatment.
Everluma Mobility offers door-to-door assistance in the Twin Cities for riders who can transfer into a regular vehicle seat. We help with walkers, canes, and foldable wheelchairs and safely store mobility devices in the trunk so you can focus on your health, not the drive.
